This policy applies to the BrickPair Agent website, dashboard, and API services operated by Brickosys LLC.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address, company name, and authentication credentials. Passwords and API credentials are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than readable values.
When you use the API, we collect operational metadata needed to provide and secure the service, including request time, selected operation, response status, usage quantities, API-key identifier, and technical diagnostic information.
2. Business text processed by the service
BrickPair Agent processes text you submit to perform the operations you request. The application’s normal request history does not store submitted business text or generated model output. Short-lived processing and infrastructure logs may contain technical metadata required for reliability and security.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve BrickPair Agent.
- Authenticate users and manage API access.
- Measure usage, enforce plan limits, and support billing.
- Respond to support requests and service communications.
- Detect abuse and comply with applicable law.
4. Service providers
We use infrastructure and software providers, including Amazon Web Services, to host and operate the service. These providers process information on our behalf under their applicable contractual and security obligations.
5. AWS Marketplace
If you purchase through AWS Marketplace, AWS provides identifiers and subscription information needed to link your purchase, verify entitlement, and report billable usage. Payment information is handled by AWS Marketplace and is not collected by BrickPair Agent.
6. Retention
We retain account and operational records only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal requirements. You may request account deletion subject to required retention obligations.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and customers remain responsible for choosing appropriate content to submit and protecting their credentials.
8. Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information. Contact us to submit a request.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. We take appropriate measures where required for cross-border processing.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
