These terms form an agreement between the customer accepting them and Brickosys LLC. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
1. The service
BrickPair Agent provides API and dashboard functionality for analyzing and transforming business text. We may improve or modify the service while preserving materially purchased functionality during an active subscription.
2. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate account information and protect passwords and API keys. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, evade usage limits, or develop a competing model through systematic extraction. You may not submit content you lack the right to process.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Brickosys LLC the limited right to process that content solely to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for your data and use case.
5. AI-generated output
Generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before decisions or external use. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for how output is used.
6. Fees and AWS Marketplace
When purchased through AWS Marketplace, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and applicable taxes are handled according to the AWS Marketplace order and AWS terms. Usage beyond included contract allowances may be metered as described in the offer.
7. Availability and support
We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate written service level agreement applies. Support channels and target response times are described on our Support page.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party’s non-public confidential information using reasonable care and use it only to perform obligations under these terms. Standard exclusions apply to information that is public, independently developed, rightfully received, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful use, material breach, or an inactive Marketplace entitlement. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Brickosys LLC disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Brickosys LLC’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
12. Governing terms
Additional offer terms, an AWS Marketplace standard contract, or a mutually signed agreement may supplement these terms. If there is a direct conflict, the signed or Marketplace order-specific terms control for that purchase.
